Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?
All orders ship from our Hong Kong facility with UPS or FedEx Express. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days to major international hubs and 4–7 to secondary markets, depending on customs.
Who pays shipping, duties and taxes?
We quote shipping by destination, weight and size. Sales are FOB Hong Kong (Incoterms 2020): as importer of record, you pay import duties and taxes. We provide the commercial invoice and export documents.
What is your return policy?
Every order has a 30-day return window from delivery. On your first three orders you can return up to 100 devices per order for any reason; a restocking fee may apply.
What condition are the iPhones in?
Premium refurbished: new battery, outer shell and front glass with an original screen. Every unit is tested and Phonecheck certified before shipping.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer (T/T) to our company account at HSBC Hong Kong. You receive the bank details with your quote or invoice.
