General Shipping Information

  • Origin of Shipments: All inventory from SEG Co. is dispatched from our central facility in Hong Kong, utilizing UPS/FEDEX Express for reliable delivery.
  • Customer’s Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping addresses and any specific delivery instructions are accurate and complete. SEG Co. cannot be held accountable for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
  • Terms of Sale: All shipments are conducted under FOB (Free On Board) Hong Kong, as defined by Incoterms 2020. This means that the risk of loss and ownership of the goods transfer to you at the moment the package is collected by UPS/FEDEX or your designated logistics provider from our Hong Kong facility.
  • Shipping Rates: Our sales team will provide a shipping quote based on the destination, as well as the weight and dimensions of the package. These rates are subject to change at our discretion, reflecting adjustments in UPS or FEDEX pricing and prevailing market conditions.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Major International Hubs: 3-5 business days
  • Secondary Markets: 4-7 business days

Please be aware that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary depending on the efficiency of customs clearance and local operational conditions.

International Shipments & Customs

As the importer of record, you are solely responsible for all associated customs duties, taxes, import fees, and ensuring full compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country.

SEG Co. will supply precise commercial invoices and all necessary documentation for export. Should you require any specialized customs paperwork or procedures, these must be discussed and arranged separately with our team.

Customized Logistics

Insurance and Liability

  • Insurance: Shipments are not automatically insured. You are responsible for arranging your own insurance coverage if desired.
  • Liability: SEG Co. is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been collected by FedEx. The responsibility for filing any insurance claims or resolving disputes with the carrier rests with you.
  • Our Commitment: Our responsibility is to ensure your order is packaged correctly and properly handed over to the logistics provider. Once the shipment is accepted and documented by the carrier, all subsequent aspects of the shipment become your responsibility.

Tracking and Support

All shipments sent via UPS or FedEx come with comprehensive tracking from the point of pickup to final delivery. You will receive the tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
